12/05/22 • 7 min
Today is week 2 of the Eat the Rainbow Fruit & Veggie challenge!
The winter edition of my Eat the Rainbow program started a week ago and I will provide the content via podcast as well as email. If you’d like to register for the email version, just go to www.cancerdietitian.com/rainbow.
The recipe of the week, Citrus Ginger Cranberry Sauce, can be found here: https://cancerdietitian.com/2016/12/3834.html
For those who listen to the episodes, you can also participate in the growth quiz at the beginning, middle and end of the program, and report your fruit and veggie intake via the links in the show notes. For those who participate with the growth quizzes, I provide you with an e-cookbook that has all the recipes as a graduation gift.

For those interested in tracking, I don’t need you to track everything you eat, just when you eat fruits/veggies during the day. Use an app on your phone or a simple piece of paper with a pen. This helps you recognize how you’re doing with fitting fruits and veggies into your day. If you need a printable tracking form, here’s one I use: https://www.cancerdietitian.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/12/nutrition-tracker-CSI.pdf
