Today we are discussing Fruits & Veggies!
A few years ago I created a 12 week nutrition intervention for my cancerdietitian.com followers called “Eat the Rainbow.” The program provides a once a week email with a produce fact, featured produce item of the week and easy recipe.
We now have 2 versions of this program. A Summer edition and a Winter edition. The winter edition just started and I will provide the information via podcast as well as email. If you’d like to register for the email version, just go to www.cancerdietitian.com/rainbow.

For those interested in tracking, I don’t need you to track everything you eat, just when you eat fruits/veggies during the day. Use an app on your phone or a simple piece of paper with a pen. This helps you recognize how you’re doing with fitting fruits and veggies into your day.
