Today I’m joined by the fabulous Lisa Zawrotny to explore what it’s like to be productive without all the pressure to achieve and prove ourselves. We’re challenging the black-and-white thinking that many people have regarding productivity (and “laziness”!), and the importance of acknowledging your own variable energy and focus levels every day.

Particularly for those with neurodivergent minds like ADHD, we’re sharing our experiences and strategies for optimizing your productivity and creativity within a flexible calendar structure plus how to add self-care to your calendar every day.

We’re pulling apart the damaging impacts of the hustle culture to help you break free from the constant-activity mindset and to reject busyness as a badge of honor.

We also dive into the "Four Ds" framework, a refreshing perspective on managing your tasks and productivity.
