Rebooting Your Life Computer with Denise Millet
08/09/22 • 45 min
After slogging hard, giving at 200% to rebuild her career and trying to climb back up the ladder from missing so many years in the workforce - Denise Millet felt cooked and wiped out. At that point an early endometrial cancer diagnosis changed her life. She decided enough was enough and changed her life for the better. Listen as she joins Holly for the Podcast today and they discuss:
- Building a business to sustain us for the rest of my lives.
- How we can judge ourselves from a later perspective, based on what we know now that we didn’t know then. What that means and what we can do to forgive and let go.
- Giving and giving without enough receiving and getting to the stage of needing a year of sleep just to feel human again.
- Asking the question - do we really need or want that? Dissolving from our ‘old’ lives and into a better one.
Denise and Holly have a beautiful connection and conversation throughout this episode and highlight just how wonderful people can be and what is possible. Denise is the host of a weekly show (mentioned in this episode), Marketing Matters. You can find it on the WIN WIN Women TV network and streaming on Amazon Fire, Roku, and Apple TV.
