He'll share why he's not blaming or judging himself about ADHD anymore and how he plans to get through this next phase of his life now that he learned to accept and embrace his ADHD.

You've helped me with a lot not getting so down on myself for it because it's not something that I can always control. And they have to understand that this is the way my brain works sometimes. So I think that's the other part to it, where I said awareness is a big one. It's also acceptance. It's recognizing that yeah, it's gonna happen, and that's okay. It's just who I am.
