Stop Drinking and Start Living- The Feminine Way

Join me for a beautiful conversation with Artist and Mother, Keely Rademacher. We discuss the deep parallels between Sobriety and Parenting. How midst and compassion to change are LEARNED behaviors, and discovering choice is part of the journey of growing awareness. We discover that the masculine dominated culture is the opposite way to support TRUE, lasting transformation and that finding the Mother within, is how to meet yourself where you are with open arms and a relaxed breath. Keely gives some amazing, fun, creative tools to start the process of seeing just how much time we actually spend in a day not just consuming alcohol, but THINKING about it. Keely brings an inspired creativity you don't want to miss. Thank you so much for you wisdom Keely. xxoo

Ep. #24 Answering The Call, Week 1: 40 Days To Freedom From Alcohol

YES!! 40 Days To FREEDOM!!
Today we explore recognition. It's time. Show up, commit. You have NOTHING TO LOSE.
You know what your life looks like with alcohol. It's not getting more fun, interesting or surprising you with new results. Why not take a closer look? You are here, you have already heard the call of your highest self, she is ready and waiting for you to answer. What if, the next 40 days of your life, just by committing, by taking indecision off the plate, changed your life for the better, forever?
It will. No matter what phase of drinking you are in, it's time to dive deeper.
Take time to listen to each week without interruption if possible.
This isn’t about taking a break to prove you can.
This is about shifting your perspective to see what lies beyond the bottle.
Stay open, get curious, try a new way!
This is the process of saying YES to you by reclaiming your TRUTH as Your Identity.

Saying YES first to vulnerability.
Saying YES to the willingness to be wrong or feel different about alcohol than you use to.
Saying YES to curiosity.

The weeks self inquiry: ( at home course study)
-Create your LIFE INTENTION (ep. #8)
You can't change if you if don't know WHY you are changing.
The 5 highest values and thoughts about them of your big WHY.
What does this life mean to you?
Why does it matter that you are looking at your relationship to alcohol?
How do you want to be in the world?
What do you represent?
How do you want to inspire others?
What does it mean to be a Woman in her Power?
Answer these questions everyday. Re-read them every morning.
-Everyday use the morning sensory check in.
Before the day takes you away, go through each of your 5 senses to begin to become familiar with the place of your center, where you are GROUNDED.
This is that place where you can feel into the center of the wheel of change.
The place where YOU are in control.
Not where you are clinging and grasping at the wheel of change being flung around.
-Make a declaration of commitment! Write it down, tell a friend!
For the next 40 Days, I am committing to examining my relationship with alcohol, everyday, no matter what. From a place of real observation and curiosity.
If you don't want to tell anyone, tell me! Email me that you are onboard and any questions you would like to be answered. (completely confidential of course).

Ep. #26 Confronting the Story: Week 2, 40 Days To Freedom From Alcohol

HOORAY! YOU ARE DOING IT!
As we dive deeper into our 2nd week of our program from Self Sabotage to a Sacred Journey of the Self, the need for deep contemplation arises. This is the pivotal pillar of the healing journey. Through confrontation of the stories which shape our reality, we are able to start to see what is not actually true. We can name it and it begins to loose it's power over us. For our purposes it comes much of the time from subconscious shame around alcohol or what others will think about us, what it means about who we are if we admit alcohol is a problem in our lives. We create stories that are not based on first hand experiences. They are simply thoughts based on the past or false conditioned beliefs.
It limits us to find out. To even step into the space to experience the emotion we are so scared of. So much o the time, we find out, it was never as bad as we thought it would be. We need to be brave and courageous this week enough to find out! Step into this week of inquiry with more compassion and curiosity than ever before. Just like you are reading your life as a mystery novel. Let it invoke emotion, but let the suspense take you further. You are stronger than you think you are. Don't miss this step for deep transformation. It is the building blocks to prove to yourself, there is nothing you aren't willing to feel to seek the truth. Your willingness to be wrong is required. This quality, is the quality of successful, happy and greatly satisfied people. Be wrong about everything, especially alcohol!
This weeks self inquiries:
For this week write, everyday:
Why have I been unwilling to look at my relationship with alcohol?

What do I think this means about me?

What are my fears about the opinions of others?

What do I shame myself for?

What do I think is ugly or unpleasant about who I am?

What am I most scared to discover about myself?

Do I know these to be true?
How?

How does it make me feel?

Who would I be outside of this fear?

Are your fears from first hand experience?

Where do they come from?

What if leaving alcohol behind was the greatest gift you ever gave yourself, how would you feel?

Write a letter to yourself from the other side of alcohol in your ideal situation.

How you would think about yourself, others, and life in a world where your life was better with out alcohol?

Blow your own mind with possibilities!

IE: I can’t believe I spent all of those years thinking about alcohol, and that is was going to be worse. I am so glad I was wrong!

Go back to your life intention.
