He is one of only a handful of NCAA D3 Head Coaches who have ever won 20 games at 3 different institutions with his exceptional tenures at Coe College (7 years/104 wins), University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh (6 years/95 wins/3 NCAA National Tourney Appearances/National Championship Runner-up in 2018), and presently at Wash U (5 seasons/98 wins/3 NCAA National Tourney Appearances).

Vinny Barber is the Head Men's and Women's Wrestling Coach at the University of Ozarks in Clarksville, Arkansas. He's a dynamic coach who just led the Eagles to their first Conference Championship (SLIAC) in school history and leading them to the 2023-24 NCAA National Tournament.
Before taking over the Ozarks program in 2022-23, Coach Barber has a prolific career as a club coach helping 7 wrestlers win individual SEC Championship and guided 8 wrestlers to be honored with SEC All-Academic recognition. He has one-of-kind energy and passion for coaching, and he will be a bright star in the world of collegiate wrestling for many years to come. Enjoy!

Marco Azurdia was named the Executive Director of the NWAC (Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges) in 2012 after a decorated career as a Head Women's Basketball for 20+ years at Napa Valley Community College (CA) and Wenatchee Valley Community College (WA).
He walked away from his coaching career with 220 victories and seven 20-win seasons including one season where his team won a remarkable 29 games.
Before moving into his present leadership role, he was named the North Central Washington Female Team Coach of the Year and Female Team Coach of the Decade.
