SHE SPEAKS SHE HEALS Podcast with Doctor Shannon

Yes, this is your permission slip.

Look at the word: Permission.

It’s “per the mission.”

Do you know what your mission is?

What is the outcome that you’d like to see, or the result you’d like to create?

Start with the mission at hand.

Take a stand for yourself.

In order for you to take a stand for yourself, you have to know what you’re standing for.

If you don’t give yourself permission to stand for yourself, who will?

If you don’t give yourself a permission SLIP, you’ll SLIP and fall on anything.

Stand for something that matters to you.

Take a stand for YOU, because YOU matter.

Taking a stand for yourself looks like this...

1. Being able to interpret your truth more than one way.

Remember, if it can’t be interpreted at least two ways, it’s probably not true.

Knowledge of the truth sets us free.

2. Self Care.

Self care is the new health care.

If you don’t take time to care for yourself, then you’re life isn’t cared for.

We will care for that which we value.

What would self care look like for you today?

Sometimes that means taking a nap.

Sometimes it means WAKING UP.

Where in your life do you need to wake up right now?

Today is your day.

This is your permission slip.

I stand and sip with you, my dear.

So do your SIPPING ON LIFE SISTERS from around the globe.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

Yes, you have to do it for yourself. But you do NOT have to do it all by yourself.

Today we’re going to walk through the 6 steps of redefining and reverse engineering your breakup.

First...

1. Break UP.

Look UP after your breakup.

What would your situation look like in the BIG picture — the 30,000 feet view?

What’s the big picture that you’d desire to create?

2. Break DOWN.

Take whatever your “DOWN” is and break it up into pieces.

Break it down into it’s more basic, fundamental elements and ask...what can I create with this?

3. Break IN.

Go all in.

Go into your most intimate, sacred heart space and leave no piece unturned.

Don’t look for anything except DISCOVERY.

It’s time to DIS your COVER...and go past the need to stay comfortable and recover or to cover yourself.

Totally expose yourself and try it on. Like a tight pair of jeans.

Get comfortable with new.

4. Break OUT.

Not like a bad case of acne, but breaking down the walls that once held you in.

How? By coming from within.

Not trying to change YOU or anything else from the outside in.

5. Break THROUGH.

Move beyond the boundaries that were once there.

OR...

Redefine the boundaries that were once there, but required your attention.

Re-express your commitment to what matters most to you.

6. Whatever you do, DON’T put your BRAKES ON...

Keep going and keep growing.
