Do you ever wonder why you think, feel or react to people or situations in certain ways? Maybe these ways can be negative and unhelpful and maybe you wish you could change them so you feel or respond more positively.
The fact is that our sub-conscious mind is responsible for 90% of our thoughts and behaviours and thus controls a lot of how we experience the world around us. So, how can we regain control of our minds and create positive change?
I am so delighted to be sharing the mic today with Sophie Fraser, who offers two up and coming mind therapies, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and Neuro Change, that can help achieve exactly this.
Today, Sophie will share with us more about each of these mind therapies, why they are making big waves in the wellbeing space and the profound transformation they can achieve both individually and collectively, resulting in her clients living healthier, happier and more fulfilled lives.

For this week's podcast we are delighted to share the mic with Alison Bell, a certified “Heal Your Life“ Workshop Leader and Life Coach based on the philosophy of Louise Hay.
For those who don’t know, Louise Hay was a pioneer in the self-help movement in the 1980’s and most known for her award-winning book, You Can Heal Your Life, which sold millions of copies worldwide.
While Louise passed away in 2017, her work as a transformative coach and thought leader continues to live on and inspire many.
Today we talk with Alison about her work as a Heal Your Life coach in the context of how Louise’s philosophy can help women navigate menopause and peri-menopause more effectively and fully optimise this time of transition in her life.
Alison covers topics and provides tips on the following:
Our thoughts are creative:
The thoughts we think and the words we speak create our experience so we need to learn how to think with awareness.
It’s only a thought and a thought can be changed :
Alison discusses how bringing awareness to our thoughts can change our life experience.
Why & how we should cultivate self-approval and self-acceptance in the present moment

Said Alison, "I absolutely love sharing these tools and techniques and working closely with my clients to help them build the momentum that allows them to change the negative narrative. Seeing my clients have those lightbulb moments, that’s the reward!"

This week at Seed, we are turning our focus to Women’s Health or more specifically, the menopause journey. And we are so happy to be sharing the mic with Seed’s Women’s Health practitioner, Adele Wimsett.
While there is a lot more light being shone on the area of Women’s Health at present, I know from my own experience as well as from many of my friends and colleagues that there is still a lot of confusion for women around this stage of life. For instance, knowing when she is menopausal, what and when to take HRT, viable alternatives etc and also where to turn for help and support.
This conversation with Adele aims to help take the guess work out of this process for women who may be confused or struggling so they can make the right decisions based on accurate and scientifically based research and advice.

As part of our 4 Pillars of Health podcast series, this week we are focussing on the 4th pillar of health entitled Flourish, which represents our relationships and social connection with others, and the importance of these for our own overall health and wellbeing.
Stats show that people with healthy, positive and supportive relationships are more likely to be happier and healthier. Yet, our relationships are not necessarily linear - they change, go up and down and sometimes even end completely.
So, what can we do to maintain healthy relationships in order to protect our own wellbeing? How do we navigate toxic relationships? And, with loneliness at record levels, what can we do to feel more connected to others in an increasingly isolated world?
For this episode. I am delighted to be sharing the mic with Caroline Chambers, Seed’s Relationships & Family Counsellor, to discuss this pillar and the points I have mentioned in more detail. Caroline gained her training at the Institute of Family Therapy before working with Relate and now runs her own successful private practice in Buckinghamshire, UK.
