It's about, "Hey, you're probably not even aware that this happened in the meeting, or that you made this comment that made me feel small and invisible." It's our job. We are going to have to support each other. We're also going to have to have uncomfortable conversations in order to help move it forward. No change in our country and other countries have happened without having uncomfortable conversations happen."
