I'm Roshni Baronia, a Strategic Sales Expert and Serial Entrepreneur. With a passion for empowering women solopreneurs and small business owners, I host Ace the Sales Podcast. My background in sales and entrepreneurship drives me to simplify sales talk, offering practical insights from passionate entrepreneurs and startup mentors. Together, we aim to equip you with the sales knowledge and skills to scale your business authentically and make a greater impact.
Why did you get into podcasting?
I ventured into podcasting to address a critical need: helping first-time entrepreneurs, particularly women, navigate the complexities of sales. Recognizing the challenges they face, I wanted to create a platform where they could access valuable insights and practical advice from experienced entrepreneurs and mentors. Podcasting allows me to share knowledge effectively, bridging the gap between theory and practice, and empowering listeners to bring their A-game to scaling their businesses.
How did the idea for the show come about?
The idea for Ace the Sales Podcast stemmed from my own experiences as a strategic sales expert and entrepreneur. Recognizing the common struggle among first-time entrepreneurs, especially women, in mastering sales, I envisioned a platform to provide practical guidance and inspiration. By sharing journeys, growth strategies, and selling skills of passionate entrepreneurs and mentors, the podcast aims to empower listeners to excel in sales authentically.
What do you hope listeners take from the show?

What's been the biggest challenge for you?
Striking the right balance between depth and simplicity can be challenging, especially when covering complex topics like sales strategies and entrepreneurship. However, I continuously strive to overcome this challenge by actively listening to feedback from listeners and adapting the content to meet their needs effectively.
