Today we're diving into an area I don't hear a whole lot of talk about, emotional triggers. This topic is too important to not talk about and it almost seems taboo. Well, we're going there. They hold a lot of power, especially when they're attached to trauma.
In today's episode, I'll be outlining few ways that I've learned to recognize my various triggers, talk about how I manage them once I am, and give a few tips that might help you come up with a plan to work through yours.
