Lisa Chang is the Global Chief People Officer for The Coca-Cola Company, overseeing the company’s talent and people strategies, culture, and diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. In her role, which she has held since 2019, she is responsible for leading the company’s global people strategy, aligned to the company’s purpose of refreshing the world and making a difference. Chang and her team are focused on creating an environment where employees can thrive and equips the organization to win. Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Chang served as senior vice president and chief human resources officer for AMB Group, LLC in Atlanta, a privately held sports and entertainment conglomerate. Chang has held HR roles at various companies, including Equifax, Turner Broadcasting System Inc. and The Weather Channel Companies. Denny Nealon is the Chief Executive Officer for Barclays US Consumer Bank (USCB) and Barclays Bank Delaware (BBDE) where he is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of Barclays’ consumer business in the United States, which includes award-winning credit card programs and retail deposits. Denny is part of Barclays America’s management team and serves as a Director on both the BBDE and IHC Boards.
Denny has more than 20 years of experience in the U.S. credit card industry and first joined Barclays in 2004. Most recently, Denny served as President of the USCB with responsibility for the day-to-day management of the consumer business. Prior to this, he was Head of the US Partnership business, where he oversaw strategic relationships with leading brands across the airline, travel and entertainment, financial institution, and retail segments. Prior to joining Barclays, Denny worked at Bank One and Chase Card Services, where he held leadership positions in finance, business development and partnership management.

Kim Scott is the author of “Radical Respect: How to Work Together Better” and “Radical Candor: Be a Kick-Ass Boss Without Losing Your Humanity” and co-founder of the company Radical Candor.
Kim was a CEO coach at Dropbox, Qualtrics, Twitter, and other tech companies. She was a member of the faculty at Apple University and before that led AdSense, YouTube, and DoubleClick teams at Google. Prior to that Kim managed a pediatric clinic in Kosovo and started a diamond-cutting factory in Moscow.
She also co-hosts the podcasts Radical Candor and Radical Respect. She lives with her family in Silicon Valley.

Thomas Halloran is President & CEO of Fidelis Care, a health plan subsidiary of Centene Corporation. Fidelis Care serves more than 2.5 million members across all 62 counties of New York State. In addition, Mr. Halloran is a Senior Vice President, Markets of Centene. He oversees the New Hampshire and New Jersey health plans as well as New York.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Halloran served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fidelis Care for more than two years, with responsibility for overseeing provider operations, finance, IT, strategic planning, and product development. He joined Fidelis Care as Chief Financial Officer in 2007.
Before joining Fidelis Care, Mr. Halloran spent 20 years providing financial, strategic, and operational consulting services to a wide range of companies, including health care organizations. Mr. Halloran came to Fidelis Care from the Huron Consulting Group in New York City, where he was one of the founding partners. He was also a partner in the New York City office of Andersen LLP.
Tom received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY, and is a certified public accountant.
