Dr. Alexandra Swenson-Ridley is a thought leader in outside the box and natural approaches to women's health and hormones, focusing on what she has termed Selfless Syndrome. After suffering her own health challenges that resulted from focusing on everyone and everything but herself, her work turned towards helping other driven women navigate the world of fatigue, thyroid issues, anxiety and depression, difficulty losing weight, gut health and more without the use of medications. She is the founder of Emergent Women Coaching & Health Consulting and is building a business that serves both her clients and her health, while helping other women do the same. She is the host of the podcast Emerge-The Health Podcast for Busy High Performing Women, the creator of the Emergent Women Method and Chrysalis Health Consulting Program, a PhD candidate in Integrative Medicine through Quantum University, and an Executive Contributor to Brainz Magazine. Her mission: to help women break through the constraints imposed by misinformation, society and a lack of self-worth and step into the awesome power of who they really are.

Dr. Jean-Guy Daigneault, a native of Montreal Quebec, Canada, is a Doctor of Chiropractic today due to the phenomenal care he received during his fifteen year Hockey career finishing at the Quebec Major Junior level. His first studies were in Physical Education at McGill University in Montreal and then received a Bachelor Science in Nutrition and his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University in 1999. He, also, hold an Advanced clinical nutrition certificate and practices chiropractic biophysics in Lansing Michigan for 21 years with his wife, Dr. Denise Rassel. In 2010 he received the CBP Chiropractor of the year and currently is an associate professor at the University of Three Rivers in Quebec, Canada. Dr.Jean-Guy became a Christian in 2004. He is married to Denise, and they have 5 children as well as 7 grandchildren. Dr. Jean-Guy is the owner of Rassel-Daigneault Holistic Health Center and the director of Gilead Healing Center since 2017.
