Dr. Aaron Tressler

Restoring Innate Health is set out to empower listeners with new tools, powerful lost secrets, and innovative ways to tap into their innate intelligence for restorative healing. We have become too dependent on medicine, surgeries, and doctors to “fix” our health concerns. We are born with an innate healing power and keep discovering that our innate intelligence is sufficient to heal, restore and maintain our health. This is all about natural ways to think, eat, move, live, and play. Our goal is to educate and motivate listeners to a new way of thinking, trusting that our bodies have this potential to heal. It’s our job to empower with ideas, strategies and tools to regain this trust. As we work together, support each other and learn to improve our health, we can rise up and become a healthier world. Restoring Innate Health - #100 Mold Toxicity May Be Your Problem: Dr. Jaban Moore
play

02/28/22 • 51 min

Dr. Moore’s passion for restoring health through a multi-therapeutic approach came from a young age when his mother was diagnosed with Diabetes after a 3-year struggle trying to figure out what was causing her health to decline. She was diagnosed only because she was in a car accident and in the ER she was told that she was diabetic. Her doctors noted that it was possibly missed for years. By this point she had gained 100 lbs, her cholesterol was out of control, she had ulcers in her stomach, depression, high blood pressure, and chronic fatigue. Growing up Dr. Moore watched his mother’s condition progress adding new medications and symptoms by the year never curing or making her feel better for long just stabilizing one symptom until the next started. This eventually lead to thyroid cancer and 2 surgeries to remove the cancer. Through this experience, Dr. Moore found his mission to discover the root cause of a condition so that the progression can be stopped so the next person doesn’t have to go through a story like hers.

During chiropractic school when his own health journey began he started to decline physically rapidly with no known cause at the age of 25. Over the next year, he searched for answers with many different doctors. He was experiencing, fatigue, joint pain, and low testosterone. After not finding many answers from several doctors he was at a conference of functional medicine doctors. It was there he met one who suggested the possibility of Lyme disease. After some testing and further investigation, Dr. Moore was found to be positive for Lyme. This began his journey of learning how to treat it. After consulting several doctors and trying many treatments Dr.Moore found relief and has been symptom-free for over 5 years now.

Dr. Moore’s professional and postdoctoral training includes True Cellular Healing, Chiropractic Plus Kinesiology, Applied Kinesiology, Clinical Kinesiology, Acupuncture, Bio-Resonance Therapy, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Nutrition, Rehabilitation, Functional Medicine and Blood Laboratory Analysis.

He has taken courses on Mastering Functional Blood Chemistry, Mastering Thyroid, Mastering Brain Chemistry, and has trained with several Lyme disease and parasitology experts.

Restoring Innate Health - #98 Crushing Cancer Before It Starts: Leigh Erin Connealy, MD
play

01/31/22 • 58 min

Leigh Erin Connealy, M.D., is a prominent leader in the Integrative and Functional Medical field with over 30 years of experience taking the best of all sciences, including homeopathic and conventional treatments for cancer, chronic illnesses, nutrition, and lifestyle approach. She is the Medical Director of two unique clinics in Irvine, CA: The Center for New Medicine and Cancer Center for Healing. The combined clinics have become the largest integrative medical clinic in North America and are visited by patients worldwide, with 65,000 patients and growing.

The Center For New Medicine focuses on prevention and internal medicine, early detection of disease and cancer, human optimization, yearly physicals, auto-immune disease, natural hormone replacement, chronic issues, and aesthetics. Dr. Connealy feels we must treat “the whole person” - the patient with the disease and not the disease of the patient while determining the origin of the illness.

Dr. Connealy created the Cancer Center for Healing because of the epidemic spreading of cancer. Patients receive scientifically based treatments and receive integrative protocols. She has created an acute awareness for the need to focus on cancer prevention, providing unique testing to determine the early stages of cancer, years before a scan reveals or is recognized. For example, through RGCC genetic testing, she and her skilled team can create personalized treatment plans for early to late-stage cancer patients.

She discovered that many factors contribute to the disease process; therefore, many modalities reverse it and spending the proper time with each patient to allow for the reversal of the disease. Dr. Connealy and her team of practitioners make this happen each day at her multi-disciplined “state of the art” clinic while providing quality life treatments.

Dr. Connealy is the author of two books, “Be Perfectly Healthy” book in 2009 and “The Cancer Revolution” published in 2017, which has revolutionized the landscape of medicine. In 2017, she was named one of the top 50 functional & integrative doctors in the country. In 2018, Dr. Connealy began a TV Series as host of “Dr. Detective TV” airing on the JUL-TV Television Network. In addition, she writes for many publications include Townsend Letter - a prominent medical magazine, Mike Adams, Josh Axe, and Ben Greenfield.

She serves on the board for Dr. Josh Axe, ACAM, and ACIM Connect. Also, Dr. Connealy imparts her wisdom in educating medical practitioners from all over the world; as well as public speaking engagements, webinars, and podcasts that include: The Truth About Cancer with Ty & Charlene Bollinger, Answer to Cancer with Dr. Patrick Gentempo, a variety of series with Nathan Crane, Kellyann Petrucci, Ryan Sternagel, Jonathan Otto, Lynne McTaggart, Ben Greenfield, and Dr. Mercola.

Restoring Innate Health - #85 You Were Not Born Broken: Dani Williamson, MSN, FNP
play

10/18/21 • 61 min

A graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Nursing Nurse-Midwifery and Family Nurse Practitioner program, Dani Williamson practices the art of medicine by balancing traditional and integrative therapies.

She was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome in 1985 and Lupus in her early 30’s and then, not surprisingly, prescribed psych medications to manage her emotions. Not once was she ever told “your diet controls your symptoms” or asked “what are you eating?” by the 10 specialists she saw over 24 years. She continued eating a Standard American Diet as her symptoms progressed, and prescriptions to treat those increased as well. It wasn’t until she began practicing integrative medicine after graduating from nurse practitioner school that she was educated on the importance of healing the gut.

Dani owns Integrative Family Medicine in Franklin, TN, where she focuses on gut, thyroid, hormone and adrenal health with her patients. Her approach embodies a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual process to healing. She believes God designed our bodies to heal themselves in our 40’s, 50’s, 60’s or even 70’s.

Her first book Wild & Well: Dani’s Six Commonsense Steps to Radical Healing is being released November 9, 2021. She believes your health is not rocket science, and healing shouldn’t be either.

Restoring Innate Health - #81 Neurofeedback for Chronic Pain: Richard Little
play

09/20/21 • 47 min

Richard Little is a Scottish-born, New Zealand-based engineer behind the invention of game changing neuroscience technologies for paraplegics and sufferers of chronic pain. Richard’s neuroscience journey began more than 20 years ago, inspired by the aftermath of his mother suffering a stroke and his best friend Robbie Irving being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. With his engineering background, Richard embarked on a mission to invent robotic technology that could ease or even stop humanity from the huge toll and suffering.

In 2007, Richard launched REX Bionics – inventing a hands-free robotic ‘exoskeleton’ to aid rehabilitation in walking, standing and exercising for people with severe physical disabilities and mobility impairments. Its successful launch and patient use has led to compelling stories of hope, including paralyzed fathers being able to walk by their daughters’ side on their wedding day.

Fast forward nearly 15 years later and today, Richard is the CEO, founder and chief engineer of Exsurgo – an innovative neuroscience company that represents a modern merging of specialties: engineers, clinicians, neuroscientists and computer scientists developing science and technology that enables a re-wiring of a damaged brain to alleviate suffering from some of the world’s biggest health problems, including a condition that’s more prevalent than diabetes, heart disease and cancer combined: chronic pain.
