In this episode of the podcast, we look at whether it is possible to train your ability to tolerate higher pain levels. I focus on my own upbringing and how experiences through boxing have had a significant impact on how I learned to tolerate more pain.

We then discuss how you can adapt these same patterns to your own life and use it to improve your tolerance to pain overtime.

Here we discuss the impact blame can have on our health and happiness and the control we give it over circumstances.

I speak on my own recent experience of blaming an injury for not participating in an activity. Afterwards, when I looked at it deeper though it had much more to do with me being uncomfortable in the situation than it did the injury.

This happens to us all and if it goes unchecked it can have a real impact on our lives.

In this episode of the podcast, I reflect on my time spent growing up in the pub & restaurant as well as the different type of people that used to come in. I noticed in there that there was a huge difference between those who aged "poorly" and the ones who were aging healthy.

Much of it had to do with the mindset they had towards life.
