In this episode of the podcast, we lean into the idea of pain cycles, understanding the issue more deeply and how to fix it. Many people aren't aware of the cyclical nature of their pain. Whether it be seasonal, monthly, weekly or daily.

This pain can also come alongside events, environments and with certain people. As we come to understand our pain better, we can focus on fixing it. Here I teach you how to understand and fix it.

This episode comes off the back of a question in our Back Pain Back To Exercise Group. New cohort starts in March.
