Transcript
I had a client who was a single person, got laid off experiencing a lot of fear. So I asked her to come up with another word using the letter F to replace fear, and she came up with footwork and she said, every time I feel fear, it tells me I have footwork to do. I have something to do. I. So using things like that to help reframe a perspective. The other thing I have is a visualization that I do, and I can use it specifically for retirement
