Hi there! My name is Sami Snow, and I am a recovered binge eater. What I’m sharing with you in this program is exactly what helped me overcome binge eating for GOOD! Now, here’s the deal—I’m also a registered nurse who happens to geek out over science you'll hear big words like neuroplasticity, but don’t worry, I promise to break it all down in a way that makes sense. You’ll not only understand concepts like neuroplasticity, but you might even find yourself laughing along the way. Recovery doesn’t have to be all serious business—it can be fun, empowering, and even a little nerdy!

Here’s the deal: binge eating isn’t a reflection of your character, self-worth, or emotional resilience. Nope! It’s a sneaky habit—a behavior wired into your brain through learned pathways. Think of it like your brain playing an old, annoying mixtape on repeat. The good news? You can hit the stop button and record a brand-new playlist! These binge urges come from the autopilot part of your brain—and they definitely do not represent your true self. When you recognize this, you can start to separate who you really are (amazing, by the way) from those pesky binge urges.
Why You Binge and How Recovery Works
