Years ago, we both fought inflammation daily, ached, lacked energy, gained unwanted pounds, and faced a growing list of medical diagnoses that kept us from living the full, active lives we desperately wanted to enjoy.
Even though we're both health professionals, we weren’t finding answers the traditional route, because it focuses on treating symptoms rather than addressing the root cause of disease.
There were many things we wanted to accomplish and experience in life, so we knew a course change was required. After all, life is not just about living long, but living well!

Sunshine, I just enjoyed the best green beens ever! They were way too good to keep to myself, so I finished off my entire bowl full and ran to grab my podcast mic to share exactly how it’s done oil free whole food plant based style!
