
Alison's Story - From Needing Help to Helping Others (Part 1)

Alison Stead is a counselor, spiritual development mentor, and writer. She experienced postpartum depression, or as they say in her native UK, postnatal depression or postnatal illness, with all three of her births. Due to those experiences, Alison went on to become an advocate and supporter of moms who find motherhood a challenge.
Alison’s story will be told in two parts. The first section will focus on her personal experiences with postpartum depression. The second section will come out soon as a bonus episode, and it will focus on her experience organizing a volunteer program to help new parents in her community.
