Denise highlights her year of running while also sharing stories of treading water during a trail race, driving through a snow storm to make it to a marathon on time, and her 4 legged running partner, Cubby.
Erika also has a big announcement early in the show about an upcoming ultra, and they highlight the past week's Walt Disney Marathon week after a woman runner made history and we think our friend Katie had a lot to do with it!
