Do you think you go with the flow? Sometimes, we think we can be living in a flow state, but there are little things we are doing that are actually a forced state. This is exactly what happened to me, and in this episode, I talk about the small, subtle ways I was forcing certain actions and thoughts, rather than operating in a more natural, intuitive flow state.
