During this guided 15 minute grounding meditation our focus will be on mindfulness and recharging our body and mind. Boosting our positive energy with a grounding meditation to help center ourselves. Grounding meditation may sound like an unusual phrase. What it means is that this guided meditation is focused mainly on connecting ourselves to the earth.
Spending the session really trying to center our positive energy and concentrate on the power grounding ourselves could bring.
