Unlock the secrets to a seamless synergy in business as we chat with Kelsey Klim and Kollin Chupa, the founders of K Squared Marketing.
These marketing powerhouses - who might ... just might ... dress in the same outfit OFTEN, take us in their journey from event planning and management to owning their own marketing firm. We jump into conversations that range from pumpkin patches to crisis management and find ... there really is something to be said for business partners who can complete one another’s sentences.
What REALLY matters when it comes to marketing - your brand message, your voice, your core values and your call to action. It’s a lot more than a pretty brand guide. And while we love those - we also know business leaders who didn’t do extensive research into their logo or their color scheme. Leaders who jumped right into “doing”. But there’s positive and negative to both.
Is there such a thing as a bad client and where do you draw the line? In a society where image, perception and instant gratification currently drive many business models - what would it take to create a sustainable business model? Where do you draw the line between brand recognition and the kind of marketing that grabs your attention? Is there ever a time to compromise? What if it calls on your own values and integrity and ... isn’t meeting them? And how much does self awareness play into how you choose clients?
From bad pictures to murders - you’ve considered a marketing team but have you considered one that can handle crisis management? Someone who protects your story, your integrity and your reputation while you’re busy building and living?

Today is the day we unpacked the power of ChatGPT tell you how we give your and we talk to you about how we use it to break the cycle of writer’s block or even to help in efficiency when it comes to creating copy or content. Salt, Camel Toes & the Balancing Act
We hope you’re ready for pure MAYHEM this week ...
We jump right into morning routines - hydration - and our salt/ electrolyte obsession. Summer is here - school is ending - and we both share excitement and angst over balancing our multiple roles this summer. But we’re reminded that often times, Mondays become Fridays before you even know it - and we’re lucky to have some flexibility in our day to day ... and kiddos who enjoy one another’s company. Because that’s going to come in handy when we’re working poolside this season of life!
We don’t talk about marketing - but we do talk booty shorts, camel toes - and our favorite sports bras (Amazon). We also talk about one of Raebecca’s favorite social media accounts - and dig a little into their authenticity and what makes them so likeable (@littleherculette Peyton Bucher ). And - what is the real story behind booty shorts at the gym ... and we play a game of would you rather (that potentially will make your stomach flip just thinking about it).
And finally - we’re talking about love languages again. This time - Acts Of Service. Is there a direct correlation to being a first born daughter, and this specific love language? Whether we're bonding over a meal train or pondering the art of gift-giving, it's clear that small gestures can hold immense power and show a certain depth of love for someone. Kicking off the summer with smores breakfasts and a case of the sillies - this week is a fun one!
