As a busy mum and entrepreneur, it's easy to get caught up in this feeling, especially when juggling multiple responsibilities.
However, FOMO can be transformed into a powerful motivator rather than a source of anxiety. Hereās how:
Identify What Triggers Your FOMO

What is your 2025 word? My word this year was growth. It is really important to find a word that can really anchor and on throughout the gives
you a focus and direction.
Having a focus word for the year is important because it acts as your personal anchor, keeping you grounded and aligned with your goals and intentions. Hereās why it matters:

Instead of juggling multiple resolutions, a single word provides clarity and simplifies your direction for the year.

Always setting positive boundaries about having time off, especially as business owners do you have regular breaks and time off?
Do you sacrifice days off for work or other people? Are you a carer or do you not like to say no? I think itās really important that we give ourselves a few days of annual leave just to catch up with ourselves and not particular to do anything just to holt the brakes let brains catch up.
This really produces overwhelming helps us weekend power and clarity within our businesses. It helps us stay focused on our personal and wellness goals. And I feel like it still empowerment as mums and entrepreneurs.
