Well, uh, "genius" might be a bit of a strong word there.

Podcast Q&A

Why did you start this show?

I like writing, I like making people laugh, and I like thinking of awful things happening to people in outlandish ways.

What do you hope listeners gain from listening to your show?

Oh you know, the usual. Chuckles. Chortles. Maybe a guffaw if you're feeling frisky.

Which episode should someone start with?

It's an anthology show, so you can basically start anywhere! I would recommend starting off at the beginning, however.

Which have been your favourite episodes so far?

Episode 3, "The Eastumfordshire Dick-Kicker," because I'm fundamentally a child.

Which episode are you most proud of?

"Tales of the Smooth Jazz Killer, Part 2" has some original pieces done by Cornu Ammonis, the guy I've chained to a computer in my baseme--I mean, "our in-house composer." I think it's pretty neat.

What is your vision for your show?

Blurry unless I have my glasses.

What is your favourite other podcast that isn't yours?

Pretending to be People is my all-time favorite podcast. The Beef and Dairy Network is probably the podcast that's influenced this show the most. I also enjoy Behind the Bastards and Castle Super Beast.

How did you come up with the name for your podcast?

It rhymes, and my #2 contender was "Crime Lies When You're Having Fun." Really, it's no contest. That being said, there is another reason for the title. A secret one that I hope to reveal after getting a little bit more traction.

Tell us a bit about yourself

I ate your trash last night.
