Somewhere in Liverpool, a flock of ducks weeps in unison over Brazil’s performance in the FIFA World Cup. Nobody knew that in quiet, unassuming, Eastumfordshire County, the actions of one deranged individual would shake the nation to its core. Nobody knew of the person known only...as the Eastumfordshire Di
