Ep. 27 With David Rutz

David Rutz . . . graduated from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business Administration as a student athlete with a concentration in Finance and Marketing. After a successful but short career in Corporate America working for Arthur Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and General Motors, he became involved with Network Marketing as a part time representative. In 1991, because his income had doubled from his part time business, David was able to "escape" from his corporate career to pursue his home based business full time. He has been full time in the industry ever since. He accomplished this success by following proven training systems and by being focused on opening and maintaining new markets. As a representative, he successfully reached the top ranks in both companies he was involved in. He was recognized as an inspirational leader with a natural ability to train and develop new teams of people. In 1997, he decided it was time to start his own MLM company to "correct some of the industry issues". He Founded The Free Network (TFN) that became arguably the fastest growing telecom MLM in U.S. history. This company grew from David's idea and energy to over 150,000 representatives within the first 4 years. David attributes that rapid success to great timing, great field leaders, product positioning, and a simple training system.
