In this episode, I explore how a money block is a barrier in one’s mind, with their relationship to money. This can stem from cultural conditioning and ingrained beliefs of scarcity, for example; being told that money doesn’t grow on trees and is something one has to work very hard to earn. How do you know if you have a money mindset block?

  • You hesitate before spending, reluctantly tapping your card onto the reader
  • You wait until the very last day to pay a bill or invoice or even wait until it is overdue
  • You question yourself after you have bought something, wondering if you really needed it.

Taking time to work through my own money blocks has enabled me to flourish in all areas of my business and life. By recognising that money is an energy that comes & goes with ease and flow has been a gamechanger in my life. I now run group coaching sessions centred around supporting individuals to work through their money blocks.

This is particularly challenging during the current economic climate, inspiring people to invest in themselves for long-term gain. I truly believe that when our cup is full, we can share more – that cup includes our financial security.
