What is codependency?

Someone who is codependent would rather stay in a bad relationship as they do not want to be single and alone.
Codependency can lead to staying in toxic relationships and wreck your mental health.
In this episode I discuss what codependency is and why some people have an issue with it.
I talk about how you can recognise if you are in a codependent relationship and why this is so challenging.
