Rena Kozak of Child Actress & Studio StZo - Episode 5
This week Rena Kozak joins Robbie and Jordan from her studio in Montreal. Rena is an audio engineer, (former) tour manager, musician, and aspiring electronics technician in Montreal Quebec. She was diagnosed officially with ADHD in 2015 and has been enjoying learning how to make the most of her unique brain ever since. At the moment it is helping her create music as Child Actress, run her recording studio - Studio StZo, study electronics, and look after her two precious cats, Bob and Maurice, all at the same time.
Rena discusses her diagnosis at 34, her 14-month journey trying various medications, the ways in which ADHD benefitted her working life, sorting out the overlapping symptoms of grief, depression and ADHD, going viral on TikTok, and how the enormous changes to the live music industry in the past 12 months have impacted her life.
Written and hosted by Robbie McDonald and Jordan Lane. Production and music by Jordan Lane.

Valentine's Day special: ADHD and its effects on romance, love & relationships - Episode 6
Jordan and Robbie share stories of their challenges being in relationships and the world at large while grappling with their recently discovered neurodivergent brains.
Valentine's day isn't all roses and overpriced dinners out, it can feel like a harsh reminder that our brains and hearts don't work in a neurotypical or rom-com (ugh) friendly way.
While their romantic relationship paths have been wildly different, they each grapple with rejection sensitive dysphoria, time blindness (so many forgotten birthdays and anniversaries!) and learning how to be vulnerable and present with our loved ones.
Written and hosted by Robbie McDonald and Jordan Lane. Produced by Robbie McDonald. Music by Jordan Lane.
