In today's episode, I share a bit about how I have personally been doing lately. A few ups and a few downs, but overall, still moving in the right direction.
I've really got back into the habit of journaling and meditating lately which has been great.
I've also found it really useful to be more aware of my feelings and deal with them in effective ways.
What I've started to use is a 7 step method for processing any emotion and it's worked really well so far!
