It is always easy to set your goals but sometimes we overwhelm ourselves with that burst of "New year" motivation. 1: No Goal is too big! you just have to break it down

6: Give yourself Deadlines

7: Make your goals achievable in the first place!

8: BE GRATEFUL (Preempted Gratefulness)
