Do you have an alter ego that you draw to for inspiration when you want to feel at the absolute top of your game?  Research has shown that some of the most successful and happy people in life are those that have created an alter ego so that they can truly become and act like the best version of themselves even when the going gets tough.

This week we have the Fit & Focused Tonia Shump, a life coach and body image coach. She helps women reclaim who they are by helping them empower, align, and connect to themselves.

During this podcast we will dive deep into our self image and feeling comfortable with ourselves in our own skin to feel pleasure and share it with the world. Tonia tells us how she looked at her life one day and realized that something needed to change and what sparked that thought.

You will learn during this episode that understanding why we tolerate the negative thought of ourselves when we wouldn't tolerate them from someone else happens fairly often, but WHY? Self talk and changing the language of how we speak to ourselves and of ourselves is the first start.  Once you are able to identify and notice what is causing your to feel insecure or uncomfortable in your own skin you can then address the insecurity/ negative thought and heal.

Shine bright and be confident by giving yourself full permission to be that best feminine version of you by throwing the SHAME out of the window!

Understanding and making friends with your menstrual cycle will allow you to live a healthier life style and love that time of the month.
