This week we have the Fit & Focused Tonia Shump, a life coach and body image coach. She helps women reclaim who they are by helping them empower, align, and connect to themselves.
During this podcast we will dive deep into our self image and feeling comfortable with ourselves in our own skin to feel pleasure and share it with the world. Tonia tells us how she looked at her life one day and realized that something needed to change and what sparked that thought.
You will learn during this episode that understanding why we tolerate the negative thought of ourselves when we wouldn't tolerate them from someone else happens fairly often, but WHY? Self talk and changing the language of how we speak to ourselves and of ourselves is the first start. Once you are able to identify and notice what is causing your to feel insecure or uncomfortable in your own skin you can then address the insecurity/ negative thought and heal.
Shine bright and be confident by giving yourself full permission to be that best feminine version of you by throwing the SHAME out of the window!

As a woman we are so lucky to have a built in warning system, but because we have not been educated enough we tend to think of a menstrual cycle as inconvenient, embarrassing, and disruptive. In todays show we will discuss that you can possibly be influencing your own symptoms with a poor diet, stress, and not getting enough sleep. Understanding and making friends with your menstrual cycle will allow you to live a healthier life style and love that time of the month.

This week we have an amazing Food Freedom and Body Image coach, Brielle Brasil. She helps women to heal their relationship with food and connect with their bodies.
During this podcast Brielle will speak about the struggles that got her to where she is today. She speaks about how she struggled herself with being in her own skin and no feeling worthy, traumatic life experiences and an eating disorder. After finally trying to heal for herself and not everyone else she was able to release the years of bottled up emotions and overcoming her eating disorder.
You will learn during this episode that many women like Brielle go through life traumas and emotions that often build up without release. Because of this we natural find another way to deflect, which in her case resulted in an eating disorder.
MORE ABOUT BRIELLE
Brielle suffered a 12-year battle with Bulimia and was ridden with anxiety and depression throughout her entire teenage years and through her 20s. It was not until she started doing deep internal work, working with therapists and coaches that she began her healing journey to complete food and body freedom.

Brielle’s purpose is to share her pain and guide others into their own healing with their own bodies and relationship with food now. Being able to give back and being grateful for her journey is what she loves the most.

Brielle believes that worthiness is innate (it's not earned), you are enough. We hold onto these wounds in our bodies and need more than just mindset work to release them.

Breathwork is a beautiful way to start releasing your grip from trauma. Brielle is running a sacred group breathwork journey for 7 weeks to ignite your true power and worth from within.

Challenge:

Start to bring more awareness to your breath in your everyday life. Notice when it's short and shallow and deepen it.
