✨ Extraordinary episode ✨

This week, I’m joined by the unstoppable Tulsi Vagjiani, TEDx speaker, diversity champion, holistic healer, and confidence coach whose important work has been featured on BBC, SKY News, This Morning, and even podcasts with Dr Rupy Aujla, Katie Piper, and Gareth Thomas.

Tulsi is driving positive change with brands like My Jack Harvey @myjackharvey_ empowering people with visible differences to feel seen, heard, and valued.

But her story transcends titles and achievements. At just 10, Tulsi survived a plane crash in which she lost her parents and brother, enduring 45% burns and years of bullying and societal pressures. Yet, against all odds, she not only survived but thrived.

Tulsi radiates soul, vision, and compassion. Her raw honesty empowers, showing strength in vulnerability. Authenticity is her superpower.

Tulsi joins me to share her journey of overcoming trauma and how she found transformation in dropping the masks and being herself, various healing modalities, and her inner strength. She offers insights on how to: tap into your authenticity, and self-acceptance, reframe your mindset, and work through trauma beyond surviving to thriving.

As we recorded this powerful conversation, Tulsi revealed that 14th February marks the 34th anniversary of the plane crash. It’s a reminder that sometimes, things are simply meant to be. The universe guided her story to unfold on this specific date, weaving together threads of resilience, healing, and hope.
