This week, I’m delighted to be joined by a powerhouse. Dr Sweta Vikram is an international speaker, bestselling author, award-winning change maker, Ayurveda doctor, and mindset coach, who is all about helping you to flourish.


Sweta channelled the grief of losing both her father and father-in-law within days of each other into a powerful purpose: creating a guide for navigating loss. Her book, "The Loss That Binds Us," has 108 tips to support anyone during this difficult time.
