5 Reasons Why The Discover Adapt 30 Is A Perfect Headset For The Contact Center
Headset Advisor Business Tech Reviews
10/22/22 • 15 min
In this episode of the Headset Advisor Tech Review Podcast, you'll learn about a wireless headset that's perfect for use in a Contact Center.
You'll find out what this headset can do that others cannot, and why that unique ability is helpful to Agents, and to Center Managers too.
It's not often that you come across a headset that breaks out of the tradional mold, but this is one wireless headset that does. So make sure to listen to the entire episode so you can find out what set this headset apart from all the others.
This episode is narrated by the Founder and CEO of Headset Advisor, Doug Merritt
Every once in awhile something new comes along that breaks out of the mold or ordinary, or traditional. In this Podcast, you'll find out about one such product in the Discover Adapt 30 Bluetooth wireless headset, and what makes it a headset like no other.
Let's start with how this headset can be worn. As you know, when you select a headset, that's the wearing style you get unless you pay to replace it for another. The Discover Adapt 30 can be worn over the head covering one ear, or, you can change it over to a dual ear wearing style. That's because this headset is modular, and it comes with both headbands.
And worth noting is the dual headband contains two live, active ear speakers, and not one that shares sound from one live speaker to a second, dead one. So, you get true binaural sound.
Having this flexibility is useful because sometimes you want to hear what's going on around you, in which case, you'd snap on the single ear headband. But, for those times when things get noisy which makes it hard to concentrate (and places a drag on worker productivity), then remove the single ear headband, and snap on the double ear band. You'll hear less of your background noise, concentrate better, and get more done in the process.
There are other things that make this a nice headset to consider for use in a Contact Center. The microphone is professional grade which means you'll sound professional on calls, and the noise canceling microphone will help eliminate unwanted background noise. So your callers won't struggle to hear you.
It comes with a USB adapter for use with the leading UC applications, and it gives you a better, steadier wireless connection compared to connecting via Bluetooth.
It comes with an industry leading 3-year warranty too. And before you dismiss this as inconsequential, consider that you'll be protected for a longer period of time against anything that might happen to the headset. This means that when the other brands warranty drops off, leaving you exposed to unexpected costs, the Adapt 30 keeps you covered, and protected against the costs of replacements or repairs. So you have longer peace of mind, and you save money too.

Plantronics Hub vs Poly Lens Headset & Device Software

This episode is narrated by Doug Merritt, Founder and CEO of Headset Advisor
Headsets today, simply aren't the headsets of yesterday. Not only are they superior in just about every way, but you now have software to help make them even better.
In this episode, I'll talk about two of the many software programs that are available. In particular, I'll discuss the Plantronics HUB, and the Poly LENS. But first, you might wonder why the name differences, you know, Plantronics and Poly. Well, they're two of the same.
Not long ago, Plantronics acquired Polycom, which is a company well known for providing high quality audio and video equipment. The new company that emerged not only had an expanded product line, but also a new name; Poly. So, when you hear this name, you'll understand where it comes from.
The Plantronics HUB preceeded the LENS software. HUB is designed for use with legacy headsets such as the Savi line, and the CS500 series for example. Further, the HUB software is limited to use with headsets only. In other words, no other audio / video related devices are compatible.
With HUB you can perform firmware updates, customize ringtones, configure presence, choose a language for voice prompts, adjust device settings, receive visual mute and battery status, adjust HD audio and have easy access to pairing.
LENS, by comparison, is designed for more current models of devices, and LENS also allows you to use it with headsets, speakerphones, iP phones and video conferencing systems.
LENS is quite a bit different from HUB in that you can get automated device update notices so you'll know when an update is availabe. You can personalize your headset through settings, hear soundscape audio to help keep you distraction free and focused.
You also get a global view of all devices for simplified inventory control, device health and adoption, remote troubleshooting and updates, and LENS even reminds you when to take breaks, look away from your monitor and even rehydrate.
Mobile users also have a feature called Find MyDevice that always lets you know where it is.
So, to summarize, if you use legacy Plantronics headsets such as the Savi or CS500 series, you'll want to use the HUB software. But, if you use more current headset models, as well as some combination of speakerphones, Poly iP phones or video conferencing equipment, then LENS is your best bet.

3 Things To Look For In A Headset Microphone
Headset Advisor Business Tech Reviews
10/26/22 • 9 min
In this episode of the Headset Advisor Tech Review Podcast, you'll find out what to look for in a headset microphone when you're shopping around for new headsets. Because the truth is, they don't all sound the same, and they don't all give you what you need for use in business.
So have a listen, to find out the three most important things to look for in a headset microphone if you want to sound your best, and give your callers the best possible sound quality experience.
This episode is narrated by Doug Merritt, Founder and CEO of Headset Advisor.
Any headset that you might consider for business use varies. They vary in a number of ways, and one of those ways is in how it sounds. And you have to agree, that when you use a headset for buisness, sound matters. That's because you're either conveying information, or you're selling something, and in the process, you want your message to be heard. And that can't happen if the headset you're using isn't up to the task.
Headset microphones should be evaluated in three key areas;
- How well you sound when you're talking on a headset
- How well the headset microphone removes background noise.
- And often overlooked, but highly important is how you sound when the microphone is working to remove noise. In other words, how you sound when there's noise going on around you.
Headsets come in all sizes and shapes, and for that matter, different price points too. Sound quality doesn't always mirror pricing which means just because you pay a lot, or a little for a headset, the sound you'll get is unpredicatable. We've tested some inexpensive headsets that do a good job at these three key areas. We've also tested headsets that cost a lot more, that are average at best in sound quality.
So how do you know what you'll get when you make a decision to buy a new headset for you, or your team? You can't go by name brands only, becasue as I mentioned, some fall short, even name brand products.
With nearly 30 years of headset experience, it would be my advice for you to try a headset in your place of work before deciding to buy it. Then, and only then will you really know how it will perform in your specfic workplace.
You could consult with others in your industry, or you could read reviews, but there's really no substitute for first hand knowledge that can only be obtained by sampling live in your environment. And if your vendor won't provide you with a headset to evaluate, then I'd suggest that you find yourself a new vendor to work with.
You want to sound crisp and clear on your calls, and that underscores the need for a great sounding headset microphone.
You don't want your callers hearing all that noise going on around you either. Whether you work from home, in an office, on the road, or at the local coffee shop, you have noise to content with. When your callers hear that noise, they get distracted, which takes them away from hearing your message clearly.
Believe it or not, many headsets struggle to keep you sounding clear when there's background noise. That's something you want to test before buying any headset. Some headsets have you sounding choppy or garbled when there's noise. Not the sound quality you need when on business calls.
If you have questions, or need some help, reach out to us at www.headsetadvisorcom. And if you're looking for headsets, make sure to use coupon code BLOG at checkout for a nice discount. We have bulk pricing available, a trade in program, and even a headset lease plan that includes accessories, and a warranty that doesn't expire. Headsets start at just $2.00 per month.

This episode of the Headset Advisor Podcast tackles the subject of the 5 best headsets for use with Microsoft Teams. And when you stop to consider how many different headsets are available, well, this took some thinking. In this podcast you'll find out:
- Which headset came out on top for quiet environments
- Which was best for loud environments
- The best wireless headset for quiet environments
- The best long range wireless headset
- And the best wireless headset for those who work in noisy offices
Just imagine trying to narrow down all the choice to arrive at a best of the best in these different categories. Well, here goes.
Best headset for quiet environments was the Jabra Evolve2 40. It's priced around $142.00 - $153.00, depending on the model selected. This is a wired, USB headset that's Teams compatible which allows you to take calls from the headset, and it's regarded as a mid-range model.
No software to download, and it offers simple plug and play connectivity. It's light too, at 3.9 ounces for the mono, and 6.6 for the duo model. Comfortable to wear all day. Good voice quality comes standard, decent noise canceling, and good sounding speakers.
Best for loud environments goes to the Poly Blackwire 8225 that runs about $179.00.
Great sounding mic, good noise canceling and a modern, great looking design. Comes in USB A, and USB C variants, and the popular feature of Active Noise Cancelation is standard. Interestingly, this feature is activated by pressing a button on the inline controller, which is unique. Soft ear cushions, and comfortable to wear all day long.
Best for quiet environments goes to Jabra Evolve2 65, priced around $260.00, this is a nice upgraded refresh from the former Evolve line. Pre-paired USB Adapter that allows for remote call answering convenience. 37 hours of talk time, recharges in 90 minutes, and 15 minutes on the charger yields 8 hours of battery life. Superb voice quality, and noise reduction, though it has no Active Noise Cancelation.
Best Long Range Wireless goes to Yealink WH66 for around $330.00. This headset kills wireless range at giving you as much as 300-500 feet. Most headsets give you 100 to 300. Comes with a 4 inch touch screen that's responsive, and easy to navigate, optional wireless phone charger, and 14 hours of battery life. Comes with 3 wearing styles; Mono, duo and convertible. Good noise reduction, but the microphone lacks richness. Speakers are less than premium
Best wireless for loud environments goes to the Jabra Evolve2 75 at around $385.00. 8 microphones that help delliver superb voice audio quality, and amazing noise reduction. When not needed, the mic stores out of sight into the earpiece. Comes with Active Noise Cancelation for enhanced concentration, and traditional wireless range of around 100 feet.
The Jabra Evolve2 75 is one of our more favorite headsets. It's modern looking, not too big, sounds awesome, and it's comfortable. Optimized for use with the leading UC platforms makes it a great choice.

Here’s Why The Orosound Tilde Pro Is Perfect For Zoom Calls
Headset Advisor Business Tech Reviews
10/24/22 • 14 min
In this episode you'll learn about a Bluetooth wireless headset that's perfect for all your Zoom voice and video calls. Listen in to find out what makes this headset better than others so you'll always sound your best when on your calls.
You'll also find out about a discount you can use if you buy one of these headsets, and you'll also find out about a unique purchasing program only available through Headset Advisor. So make sure to listen to the entire episode so you get all the details.
This episode is narrated by Doug Merritt, Founder and CEO of Headset Advisor.
For a business to achieve name recognition to the level that pretty much everybody knows it, is not an easy task. But that's exactly what Zoom has accomplished.
Zoom went from a fairly recognizable name, to one that's achieved household name recognition status. We all know about being on a "Zoom call" and what that means. But when you're on those calls, what is the best device to use so you're heard loud, clear and professionally? How about the microphone and speakers that you find in any of the Laptops? Probably not your best option. Well, how about using a usb speakerphone? Better, but is it best? Not really. You could always get one of those cheap plug in goose neck mics, but that would put you in the lower rungs of the microphone food chain. So what's best? A high quality wireless headset.
I'm not referring to just any headset, I'm referring to a good one because you want to sound good on all your calls. Here's the headset for you.
The Orosound Tilde Pro
It gives you voice quality that's far superior to just about any other headset available. And the noise reducing microphone eliminates unwanted background noise so your callers will hear you, and not the sounds going on around you.
You get a battery that gives you 28 hours of talk time so you won't need to charge this headset every day. In fact, you may only need to charge it once a week. And when you're recharging, you can use the headset, where others will keep you waiting.
The Tilde Pro comes with a feature called Active Noise Cancelation, or ANC for short. ANC is designed to give the person wearing the headset control over the amount of noise they hear. You have 10 stages of noise control, so you can dial it up, or down, depending on how much you want to hear so you can keep focused on your work.
The Voice First feature allows you to have a face to face conversation, without the need to remove the headset. It can become very frustrating to keep taking off the headset throughout the day, but with Voice First, you just press a button to have a conversation.
The excellent noise canceling microphone is magnetically attached. You can use it, or remove it at will. It removes simply, and reattaches easy as well. So when on important calls, use the boom mic for the best sound quality. Then, when listening to music, remove it for a headphones look.
The ear cushions are interchangeable between those that go against the ear, and those that fully surround the ear. Either way, you get to choose the ones that are right for you. And the sound quality of the ear speakers are first rate. Truthfully, they sound extremely good, and though not to the level of Bose, for a business headset, the Tilde Pro sounds incredible.
The Tilde Pro also comes with a USB Adapter so you won't need to connect to your computer via Bluetooth, which can be unstable, and give you compromised sound quality. The USB adapter gives you a better connection, and better sound for use on all your Zoom calls.

Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset Review

Learn more about Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset here: https://headsetadvisor.com/products/microsoft-modern-wireless-headset
Make sure to use coupon code "blog" when checking out on our website to get a unique discount on this headset.
The Microsoft Modern Wireless headset is made by Microsoft and is a decent wireless headset when using Microsoft Teams. And by decent, I don't mean premium, because this isn't one of those headsets. But to be fair, it doesn't carry a premium price either, at just $99.99.
What it does is get the job done. And by that I mean, the microphone voice quality is fairly good, not great, but decent enough to use on any of your business calls. Truthfully, it's a middle of the pack sound, so expecting something more will only cause you to be disappointed. Similarly, the Microsoft Modern Wireless headset noise canceling ability is pretty much the same. That is, about average. We challenged it by subjecting it to noises that included office noise, dogs barking, and of course our signature Vitamix blender test. It did remove some of this noise, but you could still detect it quite often. And, the microphone voice quality wasn't stellar when it was dealing with those noises. All in all, I'd give the voice sound quality, and the noise canceling ability a C or C- grade. As they say, nothing to write home to Mom about.
Unfortunately, the microphone boom arm doesn't bend, or flex. Why is that a big deal? It has to do with microphone placement. Placing the microphone in that sweet spot, which is about two fingers width from the corner of your mouth, and just below your lower lip, gives you your best sound quality. Placing it too far away, or too close can result in some serious sound quality issues. You also have to consider that everyone has a different size, and shape, to their head. It would be far better if the microphone boom could flex so that it could be adjusted into the right spot.
Hand in hand with this same microphone flex limitation is that the ear speakers don't rotate. Ears, like heads, aren't all the same. They vary in size, shape and pitch. Having ear speakers that adapt to the ear is far better than having your ear adapt to the location of the speaker. Unfortunately, the Microsoft Modern Wireless headset ear speakers remain in a fixed position. This one of those examples that helps to illustrate that this isn't a premium wireless headset.
On a more positive note, the Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset comes with a battery that gives you a ton of battery life. When talking, it's rated up to 30 hours of battery, and when listening you get even more at up to 50 hours. That's pretty impressive, and you won't have to recharge all that often either.
Another nice feature on this headset is you can mute the microphone two ways; first, you can press the mute button located on the headset. You can also raise the boom arm to mute the mic. Lowering it unmute it. That's a nice feature you typically don't find on sub $100.00 headsets.
And while on all things positive, I would be remiss if I didn't mention that when using Microsoft Teams, you can answer and end calls when away from the desk. This too is a feature you seldom, if ever, find on headsets that don't break the $100.00 price point. This feature helps you to not miss calls when you're away from your desk, and as a result, your customers get better, more direct access to you, and you have fewer voice messages, and calls to return.

Poly Blackwire 3225 Review - Sound Quality You Won't Believe
Headset Advisor Business Tech Reviews
07/27/22 • 13 min
Here's a quick link to the product that I'll be discussing in this Podcast, the Poly Blackwire 3225:
https://headsetadvisor.com/products/plantronics-blackwire-3225-wired-headset-usb-209747-101
In this Podcast you'll learn a lot about what makes the Poly Blackwire 3225 a great choice if you're in the market for a wired, USB headset. You'll find out:
- The price of this headset
- How to get a discount on it
- How you can use it for more than USB connections
- What you can do when using the inline controller
- How good is the microphone voice quality
- How well it does to remove unwanted background noise
- What you can do if the headband doesn't fit you properly
So make sure to listen to get all the details, so you can determine if a Poly Blackwire 3225 is right for you.
Anyone who uses a headset in business probably knows the name Plantronics. After all, that's a name that's been synonymous with quality business grade headsets for decades. But, if you're wondering who's Poly, well that's the new, and improved Plantronics. Not long ago, Plantronics and Polycom merged, and out of that merger came a new name, Poly. So just think of this as Plantronics 2.0
Not everyone needs, nor can afford, a wireless headset. And, many don't need to be mobile. For those people, a wired USB headset works fine for all their computer, and communication needs. In this Podcast, I'll introduce you to one good option for anyone looking for a good quality, great sounding wired USB headset.
Meet the Poly Blackwire 3225. An over the head, double ear wired USB headset for use with all the leading UC Applications. What makes this a good choice over all the other available options out there?
- It's made by Poly, a company that enjoys a worldwide reputation for delivering high quality audio products.
- Like most other USB wired headsets, it has an inline controller with the usual buttons, such as mute, volume and call control (answer/end). But you also get a bit more. You can also ignore the call, place it on hold, and redial. Those are things not commonly found on other inline controllers. But it gets better. You see, the headset cable plugs into the inline controller via a 3.5mm pin connector. So, you can unplug from the controller, and use the Blackwire 3225 headset with other devices that support a 3.5mm connection. More versatility over other makes and models.
- You get a great sounding microphone that will have you sounding loud, clear and professional, which is something we all want.
- You also get a microphone that absolutely destroys unwanted background noise. Who wants to hear all that annoying sound going on around you? The answer is nobody. So give your callers a better experience by using this headset.
- Out of the box if the headband doesn't fit exactly right, it's made out of a flexible rubberized material so you can tighten it up, or loosen it so you can be more comfortable.
- The microphone can be located on the right, or left side of your face. Not all headsets give you that option, and many people do have a preference.
- The two variants (C3210 mono, and C3225 duo), are lighter than most headsets. The C3210 weighs just 3.04 ounces, and the 3225 weighs 4.32 making them among the lightest headband headsets available.
And if you're like most people, you probably like getting a better deal on the things you buy. I know I do. If so, make sure to use coupon code BLOG when checking out on our website, which is www.headsetadvisor.com So make sure to use coupon code BLOG for a nice discount on

Poly Sync 10 Speakerphone Review - Is This The Best Bang For $100?
Headset Advisor Business Tech Reviews
07/27/22 • 8 min
Here's a link to the Poly Sync 10 that I'll be discussing in this Podcast episode:
https://headsetadvisor.com/products/poly-sync-10-personal-usb-speakerphone
In this episode of the Headset Advisor Podcast, you'll learn about the Poly Sync 10, which is the entry model in the Sync family of speakerphones. Among the things discussed include:
- Where the Sync 10 fits in the Sync family of speakerphones
- How it connects, and what it connects to
- What type of connector it uses when plugging into a computer
- Whether or not this is a full duplex speakerphone
- How good the voice audio quality is
- How well it does to remove unwanted background noise
- How much it costs and how you can get a nice discount on one
For openers, the Poly Sync 10 is the entry level model in the Poly Sync family of speakerphones. Here's a quick comment about the different models that make up this family.
- Sync 10 is the entry model that connects to computers via a USB cable
- Sync 20 is a wireless version of the Sync 10
- Sync 40 allows you to have more people on a call, up to 8
- Sync 60 extends coverage to allow you to have as many as 15 people on a call
So how does the Sync 10 connect exactly? This is a wired USB speakerphone that simply plugs into a computer via a USB A plug. If your computer is newer, and uses USB C, no worries, because the Sync 10 comes with a USB A to USB C adapter. Once plugged in, it's really plug and play from there which makes using it a breeze (cool breeze that is)
This is a fukll duplex speakerphone, which means you can have a natural conversation, just as though talking face to face. You have the ability to interject comments while the other party is talking, which is a simplified way of explaining Full Duplex. Without this feature, you'd have to wait for the other party to stop talking before you could say anything. Not natural really.
The sound quality on this speakerphone, to me, is mixed. In terms of the voice audio quality, it's really good. The sound is sharp, and clear. But, when unwanted background noise is present, it struggles to eliminate it. In our tests, we could easily hear the background noise which leads me to conclude that Poly could improve this speakerphone by improving the noise canceling ability.
The Poly Sync 10 is IP64 rated, which means that it's water and dust resistant. This means that if it were to be submerged in water, it probably wouldn't come back from that. But, a sprinkle of dust or water here and there, and it should handle that just fine. And we all have dust in our environments, and some of us even break into a sweat when having our annual performance reviews with our boss. I guess that makes the Poly Sync 10 sweatproof too.
The price of the Sync 10 is around $110.00, which is about right for this speakerphone. Yes, you could get a Jabra Speak 410, or 510, but you'd pay more. And, would you really get more? I, for one, like the looks of this speakerphone, and it sounds great, just not in a noise room. So if you work in a reasonably quiet area, and need a hands free speakerphone, this is one that should seriously be on your short list.
And if you're like most people, including myself, you probably appreciate, and even like getting discounts on the things you buy. If you do, then make sure to use coupon code BLOG when checking out on our website, which is www.headsetadvisor.com When you use coupon code BLOG, you'll get a tasty discount on your order. Jabra Engage 50 Review - All Hype, or All Business?

In this episode of the Headset Advisor Podcast, you'll learn about the Jabra Engage 50 premium headsets designed for the busy professional.
Here are some of the things you'll find out about the Engage 50:
- What the Jabra Engage 50 connects to, and how
- What UC Applications it's compatible with
- The things you can adjust on this headset through the Jabra Direct Software
- The technology it uses to keep your hearing protected
- How your voice will sound when talking on it
- And how it performed in our background noise tests
- Finally, how much the mono, and duo models cost, and how you can get a better price.
Every now and then a headset comes out that makes you stop and take notice. It could be due to some unusual features, or maybe the way it looks or sounds. The Jabra Engage 50 happens to be one of those examples. This is a premium headset that comes with premium features. Jabra Engineers spent 54,280 hours developing this headset, not countiing the time spent testing it. When it was done, Jabra received 3 patents based on the work that went into it.
The Jabra Engage 50 comes with a noise canceling 3 microphone array that delivers an awesome sound for anyone who's talking on it. Some headsets sound flat, tinny or faint. You won't have that experience with the Engage 50 because these microphones are dialed in, and well tuned. But the microphones don't end there. We threw several challenging noise tests at it, and it not only excelled at noise reduction, but the voice audio quality was maintained at the same time; something not all headsets can accomplish.
Your hearing is protected through Jabra's use of several hearing protection technologies, such as; IntelliTone, SafeTone, PeakStop and Acoustic Shock Protection. All work in tandem to keep your hearing protected.
The Engage 50 comes standard with super wideband audio to give you a great listening experience, whether on calls, or listening to music. Conversations are very rich, and lifelike.
In terms of compatibility, and optimization, the Jabra Engage 50 integrates well with Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, and Zoom. This allows you to answer and end calls from the headset, and not just from the computer, and you status of your presence as well.
The Engage 50 is well-built because it was constructed using premium, lightweight, and durable materials. The mono version weighs only 2.1 ounces, and the duo model weighs 3.3. This makes these headsets among the lightest headsets we've ever tested. And the truth is, the weight of a headset matters when it comes to comfort, and all day wearing.
I would have liked to see Active Noise Cancelation, and a padded headband, but short of that, this is an awesome fitting, feeling and sounding headset that should meet the approval of even the most discriminating headset aficionado.
So how much does it cost? Mono runs $220.00, and the duo model runs $244.00. Premium pricing for a premium headset. This episode is narrated by Doug Merritt, Founder and CEO of Headset Advisor
Whether you spend your day on the phone in an office with 100 of your closest friends, or at home working solo, or even at large wherever that takes you, a good quality, great sounding, comfortable headset that's reliable is a necessity, not a nice to have item. Unfortunately though, not all headsets deliver in all those different categories. Bu that doesn't change the fact that you still need them.
Some headsets give you good sound quality, but they might be lacking in another way, like comfort or reliability for example. Working in a Contact Center is demanding work, and it requires a lot of concentration, stamina, and of course, a good sense of humor.
I can't help out in the humor department unless you want me to break out my best jokes. And I can tell you for sure that's something you don't want because honestly, they're just not that funny. But what I can help you with is learning about a brand new headset by Jabra that's pretty special in many ways. I'll give you a brief overview of what those features are.
Comfort. This is something you must have. The Jabra Engage 50 II double ear model weighs just 2.3 ounces. That's incredible when you consider most double ear headsets weigh 3-5 times as much. The mono, or single ear model weighs just 1.6 ounces. And when you add in the adjustable headband with the soft rubber band, and the extremely soft and nicely padded ear cushions, and you have a real recipe for a very comfortable headset.
Sound quality. The Engage 50 II sounds absolutely spectacular. I'm gushing a bit here because this headset deserves some of my best gushiness. Voice audio quality is top notch, and this thing kills background noise, and when it's doing that, the superb voice quality is maintained. That's something a lot of headsets struggle with.
Inline controller. This headset has some uniqueness about it when it comes to the inline controller. The audio volume raises, or lowers using a dial rather than buttons. It has a rubberized base to help keep it firmly planted on the desk, and it has a speaker so you can hear when you're receiving a call. Two programmable buttons are standard too.
Variants. You can get this headset with, or without the inline controller. USB-A, or C connectors, UC, or Microsoft Teams variants or a mono or duo wearing style.
The bottom line is this; using Airpods for calls considered important isn't a great idea., because they're simply not designed for business use. Listening to music? Fine. Having a casual conversation on your mobile phone? Fine. Listening to a Podcast, or watching a movie? All fine. Just not on calls that really matter when it comes to your success.
A better plan is to use a headset that's specifically designed for business, and one that will give you and your callers a far better call experience.
