Happy Mind: Meditations from the Ancient World to Modernity

Distant Saturn represents the completion of the spiritual journey, the final stage of awakening. But most people aren't at this stage and can't just switch to this level of consciousness at the snap of the fingers. This also means that to do a meditation that will take you to this level has to begin lower down, at the heart center in this case, and then move up. In this meditation, you are guided gently along this path ascending to the remote, beautiful celestial sphere we call Saturn.

The ancient Assyrians called Saturn “Lubadsagush” which means "the oldest of the old” perhaps because of its slow movement across the sky and steady, lugubrious twinkle. The ancient Greeks named Saturn after Kronos, Jupiter's father in their mythology, implying more seniority in the celestial hierarchy than the Jovial, stately Jupiter. In the Islamic tradition, Saturn is associated with Abraham, the father of Jewish people. So we can say that Saturn represents the Father, or the God-head, that we associate with our Crown Chakra.

The Breath of 📜🏺Pythagoras 👆✌️ (20 min)

The legendary Pythagoras from ancient Greece firmly believed that there was a beautiful underlying order to the universe. His insight was that this order was made of numbers and math and music. As far as we know, he was the first human being to have an insight which to this day drives the scientific method and the search for the numbers and deep mathematical relationships that explain physical foundations of our universe. But Mr. P. took it further than a simple insight that the natural or physical world could be explained by math. He believed that Nature follows a rational, beautiful logic, and human beings for some mysterious reason are tuned in to it. I'll help you synch up to these sacred numbers of One, Two, Three and Found and tune in to the harmony underlying them in this meditation.
