Often the most difficult choice we have to make is the choice between two good options. Then, even when we do make a choice, we continue to wonder about the "other" paths.
This is a trap we all fall into. In this episode, we'll share a tool to help you avoid it.

3:00 - Everything is a trade
3:55 - Whatever it is you spend your time doing, is what's most important to you
5:30 - We are kept form our goals by a clear path to a lesser goal
6:30 - Always trade up!!
7:30 - Make consistent progress towards your biggest dream

11:50 - Be conscious of what you're trading
12:00 - We all have time for what we put first

16:50 - It isn't selfish to work on yourself
