It has been a long cold winter and I as emerge from my hybernation I just don't feel like my most beautiful self. So in todays episode I am sharing the things I like to do to shake off those winter uglies and emerge like a beautiful spring flower.

Step 6: Write out your plan, put things on your calendar, make a vision board, etc.

Step 7: Take action!
