God created us for community so that we won’t do life alone. Too often, however, we keep our struggles to ourselves and suffer in silence.
In this episode, Kari encourages parents to create a family climate of truth telling and raw honesty. She shares how she spent half her life bottling up her emotions and hiding her most vulnerable side – until taking baby steps in the right direction helped her push past fear and awkwardness. When we bring our deepest truths to light, we build deeper, richer, and more authentic relationships. We gain protection from the enemy and the support and strength we need to get through our darkest days.
