She lives in Anchorage, Alaska, is a Certified Professional Coach and holds a master’s degree in Professional Communication. She owns two small businesses and teaches university-level Communication and First-Year Experience courses. She has a background in nonprofit work - and has worked with issues of peace and nonviolence, literacy, empowerment, women’s wellness, social justice, and youth development. As a coach, Solveig helps leaders & changemakers to listen to their hearts, have the courage to follow them, and expand their lives, love, businesses, and leadership through Sol + Heart. She also works as a dating & love coach & matchmaker through P.S. Consulting.
