Episode 144 of the Fit Father Project Podcast is all about overcoming injuries and how you can regain mobility and physical activity, no matter what you've been through.

Gordon started off by losing over 50 pounds on FF30X, and now he’s building strength and getting buff on Old School Muscle (OSM).
And Gordon is a man who's had a lot of challenges in his life. He's had several injuries over the years, and all that physical pain turned into a mindset of limitation and doubt.
But, just when Gordon thought he’d stop moving and be resigned to a life of pain, he decided to make a change. Now, he’s here to share a message of hope.
Almost 50, he’s strong and fit, regularly running on a treadmill, he has abs, he's building strength and muscle, and his son is so proud of how buff his dad has got!
This is a special conversation, not just because of the energy that Gordon brings to this, but also because of the wisdom he shares from his indigenous roots.
It’s a pace of life and a presence that I think we should all cultivate — don’t be in a rush, live in the here and now!
