Sensory overload is a very common reasons moms experience mom anger. You may not realize it, but it does contribute to you emotional overwhelm.

If you easily get overstimulated, you are not alone. I'm a highly sensitive person and I only learned about it a couple years ago. Add being an introvert...you may easily get overstimulated and touched out.
