The AC breaks in the middle of the summer, the WiFi goes down in the middle of your teen son gaming (that may be worst than the AC!) and sometimes our therapeutic tools go out the window when we are faced with challenging situations. In this week's episode Rellie, shares her personal story to show that it's HUMAN for tools to fail us from time to time and better yet what to do when they do!
