Episode Summary:
Have you ever been told that embracing your feminine energy means sacrificing your ambition? Or that tapping into your emotions is a sign of weakness?
These deeply held, centuries old societal messages have caused women to discount their feminine gifts, and, instead, embody a masculine model in order to be perceived as strong and successful.
However, unlocking your true potential requires recognizing and embracing BOTH the divine feminine and sacred masculine energies.
THIS is the key, not only to greater personal growth and potential, but to changing societal norms to value feminine perspectives as EQUAL to masculine models.
My guest this week, Crystal Cockerham, is a truly inspiring spiritual leader and author. She helps women embrace their divine feminine energy and unlock their full potential by guiding them through their unique journeys of self-discovery using the Red Tent method.
In this episode we:
- Explore the power of the Red Tent tradition
- Expand our understanding of divine feminine and sacred masculine forces and their role in our lives
- Uncover the benefits of honoring womanhood for personal and collective growth
- Learn how to tap into your innate intuitive abilities
- Realize the transformative power of creating better self-awareness
“Our entire life is nothing but one giant transformation. If we were the same exact person every single day, yet were physically aging, we could never spiritually mature, and our life would actually become quite boring.” - Crystal Cockerham

Episode Summary:
If you’ve been struggling to stay consistent with your health goals and find yourself losing and gaining the same weight over and over, I want you to know, it’s not your fault.
Most diets are so overwhelming and restrictive, nobody could ever stick to them long term. They’re a setup for failure from the start. But when they stop working, you blame yourself for not having enough “willpower.”
So you buy another miserable, unreasonable plan. Which doesn’t last. And the cycle continues. The dieting industry keeps making money, while you feel worse and worse about yourself and keep searching for the next best thing.
In this episode I’ll share 4 red flags to look for in a diet, so you don’t waste your time or money. I’ll also teach you exactly what DOES work so you can finally release the weight in a healthy, balanced way, and NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT AGAIN.
“I believe that getting healthy should feel good. It shouldn’t be miserable and restrictive. It should fill you with energy and joy.” - Sarah Haas

Episode Summary:
One of the biggest reasons for not sticking to New Year’s resolutions is not having a specific plan of action for achieving them. Instead, we look at the whole big picture, and if the mountain looks too high and intimidating, we get “paralysis by overwhelm.” Or we go all in, take on too much at once, and can’t sustain it, so we give up.
That’s where goal setting comes in—creating specific, doable ACTION STEPS that lay out the path to your final destination. This is the key to building good habits that you can stay consistent with over time.
This episode is a mini goal-setting workshop to show you exactly how to set goals that stick using the S.M.A.R.T goals method.

- Measurable

Episode Summary:
Many of us have so many responsibilities we lose sight of who we are and what we really want out of our lives. We tend to care for and give to everyone else, while neglecting our own needs.
This mindset comes from a place of unworthiness.......“I’m not good enough.” “I don’t deserve to treat myself well.”
This week's guest is Alyssa Williamson, a mindset and intuitive success coach. She shares with us her story of how she used to be a Type A, high achiever, “sleep-is-for-the-weak” workaholic, and how she turned it around to become an advocate for other women to break free from that cycle.
Our culture encourages us to be constantly busy and “productive” and that your value is based on your activities and achievements, but Alyssa reminds us that your value is based on who you are, not how much you do.
She teaches us her three-step method to create a mindset reset, clear false beliefs and take those first steps toward making a change.
“Choose the things that bring you joy because that will lead to more inspiration and that will lead to more fun in your life.”- Alyssa Williamson

Episode Summary:
Today’s guest, Linda Babulic, #1 International Bestselling Author and life coach, had an extremely successful career and was steadily climbing the corporate ladder. From the outside, it looked like an ideal life, with a great job, a husband, and two children.
But she was working long hours, even on weekends, and she was exhausted and feeling like something was missing. There was an empty piece inside....a yearning for something she couldn’t quite put her finger on. And a constant, heavy feeling of being responsible for everyone else around her.
The stress of “carrying the world on her shoulders” eventually created illness in her body. That was the catalyst to her decision to slow down and start connecting with herself and the world around her. To see life differently and appreciate it every day.
Today, Linda draws on her training in shamanic wisdom to teach us how we can create a morning sacred practice to start the day with gratitude instead of stressing about the day ahead and our extra long to-do list.
She shows us how this one, simple but powerful step can help us identify what’s missing in our lives, step into our own power, and live every day connected with ourselves and the world around us.

Episode Summary:
Picture this.....
You wake up in the morning, make the coffee, take a shower, maybe even pack your lunch and get everything together for the day. You have 15 minutes before you have to leave. It’s been a great morning, and all you have left to do is get dressed. So you go into the closet, try on 12 different outfits - only to wear something you don’t feel comfortable in, and leave the house feeling defeated like your body is the problem.
Maybe you’re in the process of, or about to start, a wellness journey, and your size right now isn’t the size you plan to end up in. So you hesitate to buy anything new until you can fit into that “goal” outfit. Aaaaaaand, you end up wearing the frumpy, ill-fitting, old clothes you don’t like.
Unfortunately, as women, many of us have been here (or maybe even are right now).
My special guest this week, personal stylist Elysha Lenkin, who has styled celebrities such as Carrie Underwood, Tina Fey, and Serena Williams, calls this the clothing “weight gap.”
She’ll explain how to dress for this stage in your wellness journey. What to buy, what to keep, and what to get rid of. Plus, how to dress to accentuate your positive assets.
She’ll also talk about the positive effects of owning clothes that fit YOUR body - not your dream body, and how you can learn to allow your body the freedom to be confident NOW and not wait to feel good once you reach a certain size or number on the scale.

Episode Summary:
As women, we’re trained to be people pleasers. To keep others happy. To be nice and compliant. We tend to put our own needs and dreams aside because we feel responsible for everyone else.
My guest this week, Elaine Blaise, life coach, author and “Midlife Troublemaker,” was living the life she thought she wanted. She had a marriage of 37 years and a successful career of 25 years. She had set goals for her life and was following the plan.
But she had a constant niggling feeling something was missing. And she started paying attention to her discontent. This inner wisdom was showing her what she needed to walk away from and what was no longer serving her.
She explains how she was able to LEAN IN to her discontent instead of avoiding it, and how that led her to pursue the life SHE wanted, instead of the one others expected her to live.
“We’re always growing, expanding, and changing. I had to get honest with myself about where I wasn’t meeting my own needs.” - Elaine Blais
