Cancer, Motherhood, and Other Life Lessons - My Personal Story
07/20/22 • 29 min
Episode Summary:
Today’s episode is a little different.
Normally I have guests on, or I’ll do teaching topics, but today the tables have turned.
I’m sharing an interview I had on iHeartRadio station WNJR, on The Power of EFT Tapping . I’ll talk about my breast cancer journey, mental health, and having a son diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes.
Every challenge I’ve faced has helped me learn and grow into a richer, deeper person. And I strive to use every life lesson to help others on their life journey as well. I believe I am a vessel (and so is everyone!) for knowledge and self-actualization and that everything flows through me and ripples out to others.
I hope you’ll join me on my journey. ✨

The Truth About Being Skinny
Episode Summary:
Do you ever think, “If I were skinny, my life would be amazing?” Or, “When I get to that size, I’ll be much happier.”?
You may think thin people have all their shit together, they’re totally in control, they have tons of energy, and everything is just Instagram perfect.
Well, guess what....if you don’t do the INNER work along with the OUTER work, your life will be pretty much the same, regardless of the number on the scale.
