This week's guest is Alyssa Williamson, a mindset and intuitive success coach. She shares with us her story of how she used to be a Type A, high achiever, “sleep-is-for-the-weak” workaholic, and how she turned it around to become an advocate for other women to break free from that cycle.
Our culture encourages us to be constantly busy and “productive” and that your value is based on your activities and achievements, but Alyssa reminds us that your value is based on who you are, not how much you do.
She teaches us her three-step method to create a mindset reset, clear false beliefs and take those first steps toward making a change.
