Rick Hogan is a proud lifelong resident of Toledo, Ohio and an Ohio University Graduate School of Business Marketing Major.
Rick Hogan is a 26 year experienced General Manager with Fleming Street Communication, WJUC 107.3.The Juice is the first African American owned and operated station in Toledo beginning broadcasting in 1997. The vision of station Charles “Charlie Chuck” Welch a former DJ.
In addition, to his General Manager role Rick hosts a weekly Saturday morning radio show that focuses on community concerns, local and national news, events and initiatives that serve the community’s interest.
He heads various community projects such as the Annual Turkey Give, Annual Christmas Family Adoption, African American Legacy Project, Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity Blitz Build, Caring for Caregivers Expo and the Annual Back to School Supply Giveaway
Prior to joining WJUC Hogan served was a Activities Therapist for 13 years with the Ohio Department of Youth Services where he developed and implemented programs in art, music, sports and education. Hogan specialized in working with youth who were incarcerated as well as youth with substance abuse.
When not working Hogan enjoys spending time with his family, (especially his Dad), travelling, bowling, golfing, volunteering with the city of Toledo, OH and watching his daughter compete in golf.

On todays show, Bill Montgomery, new President /CEO of River Radio Ministries shares a message of hope that Christian Radio provides for listeners each day.
In January 2023, Bill became the President/CEO. Dan Baughman had served as River Radio President for over 20 years, Dan told his air, “It is amazing what God has accomplished through this ministry and the team. I am thankful I have been able to play a part in this transformation as a community and industry leader. We are here to help other broadcasters strive for excellence to reach people where ever they are and to provide Hope.”
Bill started in radio at Cedarville University as a student when he worked for the student radio station and also for the CDR Radio Network. In December of 1993, Bill joined WRFD/Columbus (Salem Communications) as a marketing consultant and became the sales manager at Salem Columbus in September 1997. Bill then joined Salem Radio Seattle in October of 2002 as their Director of Sales, where he worked until July 2005. River Radio Ministries brought Bill back to Columbus in September of 2008, where he has remained as the Chief Sales Officer. We trust that God will continue to go before us and be with us as we strive to be a beacon of hope and encouragement in the communities we serve.
Bill believes, “River Radio Ministries is blessed to have a legacy of tremendous leadership, which paves the way for a bright future. Our current dedicated team continues to find ways to serve and provide hope to our community. We want to bring people together around the message of Jesus Christ, with our music and our local churches and ministries. I’m excited for this leadership opportunity in an uncertain world to continue pointing people to an unchanging God.”
