Thoughts on Learning

We all have different ways of learning and have all taken different paths to get to where we are today. In our uniqueness, we've developed different skills and talents, we've acquired different tools and have our own areas of genius and knowledge.
I share my thoughts about our unique ways of learning, our unique ways of applying ourselves, and why the tools we use (and how we utilize them) may not be useful for everyone.

Not Struggling Alone
First it was allergies. Then, I got sick. So I didn't record anything for a while. Even though I was still sick at the time of this recording and posting, I decided to talk about it. In this episode, I talk about the emotions, old stories, and struggles that came up for me when I was at my sickest, then I decided to talk about how I'm continuing to make it through and why I keep going.

Wrestling Resting
I'm finally getting momentum with my podcast again and am mostly recovered from being sick. On this episode, I address the guilt I've felt when resting or engaging in self-care, the rejection of self, and how that mindset was adopted.
If you need to get some rest or start engaging in more self-care activities, I hope this episode inspires you to do that. Self-care is not selfish, and your self-care matters!
